MAGALI will gladly accept exchanges of new, unworn, unwashed, unscented and unaltered merchandise with all internal garment tags intact with your original packaging receipt within 14 days from the delivery date. MAGALI reserves the right to refuse exchanges of any merchandise that does not meet the above exchange requirements.
We can replace your current item with a different size, color, or an entirely different design within 14 days from the delivery date for online orders.
Discounts CANNOT be applied toward exchanges of a different item. Fees may apply on exchanges or returns based on the price of the replacement item.
Since we offer free U.S. shipping (more countries coming soon). Exchanges costs are the customer’s responsibility.
Note: Shipping processing takes between 3-12 days.
Defective items
Defects or damages must be reported within 7 days from the delivery date to customer support at in**@sh********.com
If not reported, we will not accept the return, or it may be subjected to additional fees.
